01 / YOUR ELECTRICAL PROGRAMME
Start with the work your homes need. We’ll discuss coverage, access arrangements and reporting with your team before agreeing a programme.
Electrical condition reports, with findings and the remedial work discussed together so your team can plan the next steps.
Discuss reactive electrical repairs and a clear process for reporting, assessment, appointments and completion evidence.
Plan fuse-board replacements around the condition of each home’s installation and the needs of its residents.
Agree the certificates, photographs and job information your team needs at handover, with clear responsibilities for follow-up.
Based in Walthamstow. Discuss coverage across East and North London, including Enfield, Ilford and Romford. Availability and programme scope are agreed individually.
02 / PROPERTY PASSPORT
The Property Passport demo shows how a QR code at the consumer unit can connect a reported problem, the electrical work and its evidence.
Opens in a new tab. Explore a fictional home’s public Passport and reporting journey without signing in. Use made-up details only; never enter real resident information. Staff tools and the housing-provider dashboard require a guided demonstration.
A QR code opens a limited public view of the home’s electrical record. It gives a simple starting point for reporting a problem.
Walk through fault reporting, staff review, assignment and the engineer’s recorded evidence in the demonstration.
Explore a housing-provider dashboard, records and exports, with role-based access to the fuller property history.
This is a demonstration, not a live resident service or an integration with your systems. The scope, access controls and data arrangements for a live service would be agreed separately. A scan records an event; it does not prove attendance.
SEE HOW IT WORKS
A 94-second silent walkthrough with on-screen captions: a resident reports a faulty smoke alarm, we visit, extra work is raised against your Schedule of Rates within a pre-approved limit, and the update reaches your repairs system once a connection is agreed.
03 / START WITH A CONVERSATION
Bring a programme, a group of homes or a reporting challenge. We’ll discuss what a pilot should cover and how you would assess it.
BEFORE WE TALK
No. The housing association proposal is a separate electrical-services offer. Homeowner guarantees, private-landlord prices and call-out allowances do not automatically apply.
This proposal covers electrical services only. Gas, plumbing and carpentry are outside its scope.
Yes. Try the public Passport demo above without a login, using fictional details only. For the staff workflow and housing-provider dashboard, request a guided demonstration. Your systems and resident data are not connected.
No. We agree availability, responsibilities, response targets, inclusions and pilot terms with you before any service starts.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR HOMES
Tell us your organisation, the areas you cover and whether you’re interested in electrical work, a pilot or a Passport demo.
Please leave resident names, property access details and sensitive information out of your first enquiry.
